Advanced Impregnation Process

• Exclusive 'double dipping and double baking' process, strictly controlling the amount of glue (130%-210%) and pre-curing degree (25%-55%).

• Equipped with a fully automatic continuous impregnation production line, ensuring uniform resin penetration in the boards and excellent, stable physical properties.


Intelligent manufacturing system

• Fully implement the MES system to achieve digital traceable management throughout the entire process, from raw materials to finished products.

• Introduce AI visual online inspection technology to automatically detect tiny defects in milliseconds, keeping the product yield stable at over 98.5%.


High-precision printing technology

• Using high-precision gravure/digital printing with over 1200dpi, the textures are clear and the colors realistically restore the natural feel.

Resin Impregnation&Drying and curing

cutting&inspection

Decorative base paper made from carefully selected high-quality conifer pulp, ensuring the strength and texture of the paper right from the source.

Using high-precision gravure or digital printing technology, the design is accurately and clearly printed on the base paper.

In a temperature- and control-regulated glue tank, let the paper fully and evenly absorb specialized resin, giving it physical and chemical properties.

In the automated drying channel that's dozens of meters long, the pre-curing degree is precisely controlled to ensure the stability of the paper.



Using high-precision cutting equipment, we accurately cut large rolls into pieces according to the customer's specific specifications.

Every batch of products goes through full physical and chemical tests, including appearance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance, and can only leave the factory if they pass.
